Our Process

The first step to returning your home or business to pre-fire condition is to contact CPR Restoration, LLC.  Our team of certified technicians will inspect your home to determine the extent of the damage and quickly get your property on the path to recovery. Our trained team of technicians follows these steps:

The restoration process begins when you call us.  Contact a live CPR representative to help you 24/7.

We carefully inspect and your residential or commercial property to determine the full extent of damage done by nature.

After a natural disaster, windows, walls and roofs can be compromised.  To maintain the security of your home or business and to prevent further damage from occurring, all compromised areas will be boarded up, tarped and secured.

All water left by the storm, if any, is removed immediately to prevent further damage to your property.  Any residual water or moisture is removed during the drying and dehumidification process.

In the event a fire occurred in your residence or place of business due to a natural disaster, CPR will remove all soot and smoke from the surfaces in the building’s structure.

CPR will clean, disinfect and sanitize all restorable items and structures damaged by the catastrophic storm.

CPR Restoration and Cleaning will document, remove and dispose of damaged building materials that cannot be salvaged or restored to pre-loss condition.

CPR Restoration and Cleaning can clean, pack and store your personal contents in our storage facility.

Your property is prepared to be returned to its pre-fire condition.

No matter what we do to prepare for storm season, natural disasters can cause a great deal of damage to your home or business.  This leads to a combination of the services we offer being used for each affected property.

CPR Restoration will assess your home or business completely, to evaluate the extent of the damages and immediately take steps to restore your property to pre-disaster condition.
