We carefully inspect adjoining rooms and behind building materials to determine the extent of damage done by fire, smoke and soot.

We assess the damage, photo document the affected areas, and inventory the services needed for restoration.  We can also assist in presenting the damages to your insurance company and help navigate the claims process.

To maintain the security of your home or business and to prevent further damage from occurring, all compromised areas will be boarded up, tarped and secured.

All free-standing water is pumped out/extracted immediately. We remove wet and damaged materials and dry out areas that can be salvaged.

Using specialized equipment and the most up-to-date techniques, CPR Restoration will remove all soot and smoke from the surfaces in your residential or commercial property and the air.  HEPA filters are used in the process to ensure indoor air quality.

CPR Restoration will pack out the contents from the affected area(s) and transport them to a separate location for safekeeping, as well as for cleaning and restoration.  Next, the property will be boarded up to maintain security.  Water used to put out the fire will be removed from the property and all areas touched by fire will be dried with dehumidifiers. Then, the damaged structure itself will be cleaned.

All soot and smoke stains will be removed from the structure.  Any compromised building materials will be removed and replaced.  CPR Restoration will also conduct a smoke remediation process to ensure that your property does not obtain any lingering odors.  As a full service cleaning and restoration company, we take a great deal of pride in using the most effective and modern techniques in restoration.
