Our Process

The first step to returning your home or business to pre-fire condition is to contact CPR Restoration, LLC.  Our team of certified technicians will inspect your home to determine the extent of the damage and quickly get your property on the path to recovery. Our trained team of technicians follows these steps:

The restoration process begins when you call us.  Contact a live CPR representative to help you 24/7.

We carefully inspect adjoining rooms to determine the full extent of damage done by sewage backup or black water flooding.

We assess the damage, photo document the affected area and inventory the services needed for restoration.  We can also assist in presenting damages to your insurance company and help navigate the claims process.

All black water or sewage is extracted immediately. Wet and damaged building materials are removed.  CPR then dries areas and materials that can be salvaged.

Using specialized equipment and the most up-to-date techniques, CPR Restoration and Cleaning will evaporate all residual water and our dehumidifiers will remove any moisture in the air and bring your property’s humidity level back to its equilibrium.

CPR Restoration and Cleaning will clean, disinfect and sanitize all restorable items and structures damaged by black water flooding or sewage backup.  HEPA filters are used in the process to ensure air quality.

CPR Restoration and Cleaning will document, remove and dispose of damaged building materials that cannot be salvaged or restored to pre-loss condition.

CPR Restoration and Cleaning can clean, pack and store your personal contents in our storage facility.

Your property is prepared to be returned to its pre-fire condition.

Whether you realize it or not, there are different types of flooding.  There is clean water flooding, gray water flooding, black water flooding, and sewage backups.  Black water and sewage are the most toxic forms of flooding and should only be handled by certified professionals.

Black water and sewage are highly dangerous.  They contain feces and bacterial microbes that can be harmful to an individual’s health.  CPR Restoration’s certified technicians can respond quickly to such an emergency and extract these harmful substances from your home as rapidly as possible.  Once the removal process is completed, the affected areas are then cleaned and sanitized.  Damaged materials are removed and replaced and your home or business is returned to its condition prior to flooding or backup.
