Services Offered

In regards to water, the longer it is allowed to stay in your home or business, the more extensive the damage can become.  It is best to remove it as soon as possible.  Our state of the art equipment and efficient team, complete this task quickly so that the drying process can begin as soon as possible.

After all standing water has been completed, dehumidification begins.  Our equipment pulls as much moisture out of the affected areas as possible, as well as circulating the air in order to lend speed to the process.

Water damage can be caused by a number of situations, including, but not limited to: structural leaks, pipe bursts, pipe freeze, plumbing malfunctions, appliance malfunctions, and severe storms.

Water damage must be dealt with quickly, or it can lead to other moisture related issues, such as mold.  The faster you act in terms of water damage, the better the opportunity to reduce the level of damage your home or business is subjected to.

Once CPR Restoration is on the scene, water is quickly and efficiently extracted from your home or business.  The structure is then thoroughly dried with our dehumidification and air circulation equipment.  Once the drying is complete, your home or business is then inspected to determine the level of structural damage, as well as damage to your personal belongings. Then testing for mold is conducted.

Should any areas contain mold, remediation would then take place.  All affected materials would be removed and replaced.  Our job is not finished until your home or business is restored to its pre-loss condition.
